- PAWS Rescue Hosting A Low Cost Rabies Clinic - Rabies clinics will be held at Family Farm and Home on Miller Road in Swartz Creek. You must bring proof of your 1 year vaccine in order to receive a 3 year vaccine - otherwise all vaccines will be good for 1 year. Rabies vaccines will be $15.00 (cash only). Get your low cost rabies vaccine on the following dates:
- Saturday, January 21 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Sunday, January 29 1:00PM - 3:00 PM
- Sunday, February 5 1:00PM - 3:00 PM
- Sunday, February 19 1:00PM - 3:00 PM
- Sunday, February 26 1:00PM - 3:00 PM
- February 10 - February 12, 2012 - National Adoption Weekend at PetSmart! Our animals can be adopted at the Grand Blanc location.
- February 15, 2010 - PAWS Volunteer Monthly meeting - 6 PM at the Unitarian Church on Ballenger Hwy just south of Miller Rd. in the basement.
- February 18 - February 19, 2012 - National Adoption Weekend at Petco! Our animals can be adopted at the Miller Road location.
- March 10 - March 11, 2012 - National Adoption Weekend at Petco! Our animals can be adopted at the Miller Road location.
- Cat and Dog Food Drive - Times are hard, and PAWS is currently in need of food for many of the animals they care for. PAWS is having a food drive, and is collecting a variety of dry cat and dog food (no treats please). PAWS will have various collection points. - Coming In 2012:
- 3rd Annual "Love Rescued Me" Spaghetti Dinner & Auction Fundraiser, originally scheduled for February, has been postponed to a later date. TBA!
- PAWS will be having a rummage sale. Time and location TBA! Please speak with friends and family about possibly donating an item for the sale.
- Poker Nights at the Palace Poker Hall on Bristol Road. We need volunteers from 3 PM to 1 AM each day. TBA!
